Heavy clustering means a sharp price move could force many closures at once, which is what drives a cascade. Why does the APY alone not tell me if a pool is a good idea?

APY tells you what a pool paid, not what the underlying asset is doing. A pool paying 40% on a token that just fell 20% is a very different proposition from 40% on something flat, even though the headline number is the same. That is why every pool on Yielna also carries live price, funding and positioning data on the asset behind it.
